

Your exploration of the ancient Buddhist complex of Koyasan and the Kumano Sanzan—the grand shrines of the Kumano Kodo Pilgrimage Route—just got much easier. The Koyasan – Kumano Access Bus is a route bus connects Koyasan and Kumano, allowing for stress-free and smooth travel between the world heritage sites.
From the direction of Koyasan, you need to change buses at Gomadanzan; from the direction of Kumano Hongu Taisha, you need to change buses at Nakahechi Museum and Gomadanzan. Please note that you cannot board any buses other than Nankai Rinkan Bus and Ryujin Jidosha.
